"and support was okay, just a little slow"
and I had to reach out to nursingworld.org support about my account. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. Once they replied, the answer was helpful enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the response time had been a bit quicker.

I had a few questions about my certification stuff, and they were able to help me sort it out quickly. I’m not sure I would’ve figured it all out as fast on my own, so I definitely appreciated the help.

"I used nursingworld for a few..."
I used nursingworld for a few CE courses for my license renewal and overall had a good experience. The courses were clear, not overly long, and a couple of the topics were actually useful for stuff I deal with at work. My certificates showed up quickly too, which was a relief since I didn’t want renewal stress. One section felt a little repetitive, but nothing that would keep me from using them again.

"Renewal was quick and straightforward"
Renewing was easy for me. The billing was clear, there were no surprise charges, and the receipt showed up right away. It saved me from having to chase anything down, which I appreciated. Overall, just a simple and hassle-free experience.

"I’m happy with the membership so far..."
I’m happy with the membership so far. For what I personally use, it feels like a good value, and I like knowing I’m getting enough out of it to justify the cost.
